In the complex daily life of a family-owned business, and I was born into one, there is no reliance simply upon college scholastics for success but rather only that which works to reach set goals and guaranty high quality standards. This is why I have always enjoyed developing methods and procedures, processes encompassing many theoretic avenues, manifold pragmatic methodology and interdisciplinary knowledge while quite distanced from nitpicking schools and systemic potluck. These processes are powerful and oscillate between simple and complex thought, as Gregory Bateson described.
I have created several brands derived from these processes over the past years. These brands reflect conceptualisation of my experience gained in my 30-year professional career. The methods function not only in seminars, but prove quite valuable in daily use, applicable to many vocations and contexts, are robust in organizational implementation and have lasting longevity. Please note that the brands are not just viable as stand-alone but combine to create a whole as in big picture as perception, thought and intervention tools for organizational consultancy, coaching and also in complex cases of psychotherapy as well as of in continuing education in these fields.
