What is [MATRIX]? A brief definition

I created the [MATRIX] in 1998 and in 2003 got the concept into written form. It is a further development of my Heidelberg-coaching-model (1991). Thus, the  [MATRIX] is a perfected and finished product many years in the making.
The
[MATRIX] is an interdisciplinary, poly-theoretical, multi-methodical concept and tool incorporating various schools of thought for meta-pattern-recognition (missing links) in presenting biographic complete works of art, in other words, the development cycle and development connex of biography and life cycle, the 'score' once the points are tallied. To tally the score, get a bearing on where one is, missing links (those bridging internal-external realities and the major coordinates in life- and organizational models) are detected and tracked down. Secret underground [biographic] blue prints become visible. Symbolist snapshots, pieces of the mosaic of client's past, present and future are revealed (see Photo Album Examples), e.g., via client's collage and potpourri of photos and mementos input.
The exposure to such missing links brings the client's 'life' to the present into scope, with all relevant details, providing a macroscopic view of the big picture. In future with this advantage heretofore-unanswerable questions can now be meaningfully decided upon.
