22 Arguments for [MATRIX]-Continuing Education
Four-fold orientation:
1. Poly-theoretical:
Aside from radical constructivismus, I incorporate other theoretical aspects and debates in my thoughts. When beneficial for clarification, reasoning and overview I use pre-scientific and everyday-scientific theories as well as findings from common sense knowledge.
2. Interdisciplinary
Therefore, an interdisciplinary approach to my work is mandatory. Natural, political, economic, social and human scientific findings flow into my models and instruction. Modern biographies and their intended statements analyzed and understood with only systemic and constructivismus in mind is in my opinion absurd.
3. All-encompassing of various schools of thought and therapy
From the manifold schools and methods of therapy from psychoanalysis, to behavioral, hypnosis, humanistic or systemic approach, to mention only some, I have selected the most effective techniques, methods and ways and combined these in understandable and overview-granting model.
3. Multi-methodical
Therefore, many practical and methodical pieces of knowledge found their way into [MATRIX]-Coaching. Knowledge about conversation and interview leading, group dynamic and organizational competence as well as atmospheric intelligence and acoustical, visual and emotional sensitivity play roles.
A very special context for learning:
5. Nature, seclusion and open air
The missing-link-institute near Saint Dié in den Vosges mountain range below the national forest reserve Tête de Behouille is a special place for learning and located in awe-inspiring scenery. Here you find exceptional learning and instructional atmosphere. There emanates great peace and soothing quiet.
The seclusion from the usual hectic workday promotes concentrated learning and reflective analysis of biographic interrelationships in life.
In summer many instructional units take place under trees in the shade, and film soirées 'open air' are projected on large screen in front of the institute.
In the lunch break you can begin a philosophical walk right from our front doorstep.
In addition, you have no problems or cost for a parking space.
6. Extensive archives
At mli is an extensive archive regarding [MATRIX]-continuing education entailing roughly 6,000 items. Aside from a comprehensive technical library are films and recordings, case study materials, instructional tools and special objects.
7. Excursions
Visits to locals and areas in Alsass, Vosges and Lothringen where major events and circumstances responsible for modelling European cultural background took place compliment the instruction. At the exact sites where lasting and vitally influential European (and world) history was made is a setting providing excellent opportunity to gain significant insight into the 'workings' impressed upon our lives. This offers a platform for incorporating the HISTORIODRAMA© method developed by Dr. M. Lauterbach of Hanover and me.
Package Deal:

9. Biographic
Career and occupational questions of clientele are presented in a life story context, reason and overview offered and explained and the metapatterns, the missing links, analysed. This is so to give meaningful and broad scoped answers and not a by chance hit-or-miss act played.

The Learning Concept:
15. One Stop
It is said that too many cooks will spoil the broth. With [MATRIX] one gets 'the whole works' in one fell swoop. [MATRIX] is interdisciplinary and carefully spiced with ingredients from many fields (schools) of thought, while theoretically and pragmatically composed to present a single entity.
16. Small step from theory and practice and back
No theory input without practical exercise. No practical exercise without comprehensive clarification of the [concept behind the] theory, what one is doing, and this without oversimplification of the complex material. There is a learning doctrine accompanying [MATRIX]-continuing education.
17. Methodical

20. Profile development of coach
Even in advanced methodical professionalism is every coaching personally 'made to order.' This is why I specifically address and encourage the coaching profile of the participants.
21. Comprehensive instructional material
The instructional corresponding CD to the [MATRIX] continuing education course contains over 400 animated MS-Power-Point acetates, 150 pages of MS-Word documents and 60 minutes of sound files. 2009 I will write the textbook to [MATRIX]-Coaching.
