Philosophy
Competent advice or coaching, no matter if for corporate, organization, single person or group entity, are always the quadrature of many circles of influence.
My consultations are interdisciplinary and incorporate manifold schools of thought, theories and methods. I strictly disavow all dogmata. Consultation is employed not only for implementing a model, theory, strategy or philosophy but also for establishing long-termed financial security for the organization and the mental and physical welfare of those concerned. Not only is such aim prudent, it also underscores sound economics, social and physical well being.
My consultations are founded from a broad spectrum of knowledge and based upon my hands-on well-learned and practiced profession, as well as verified scientific data. The dialog is open and easy to follow. Transcendental and spiritual facets might flow into it as also a touch of humor.
I disdain obscure esoteric and secular routes.
I use straight forward speech and problems are clearly verbalized.
In my discussions I do not beat around the bush but go straight to the heart of the matter, make complete and competent analysis, argue with a level head and can make sharp-edged commentary. Afterwards, I stipulate plain agreements including reasonable directions with pragmatic instructions.
All participants negotiate at the same eye level, even when different interests and goals prevail and especially in escalated conflicts.
My consultations take into consideration historical events pertinent to an organization or individual and guide them towards a successful future with environmental longevity, lasting health and stable positive cash flow economics in mind.
I am authoritative about a wide range of topics and disciplines and know exactly where my knowledge ends and when outside resources or experts are needed for additional input.
Consultations which do not integrate this common sense approach and provide only a short-term gratification are not my 'thing.'
With these aforementioned statements and brief on consulting approaches, lastly, reference to my 30-year professional experience, I do present myself,
Peter-W. Gester, Dipl.-Psych.
