After twenty years accomplished work with my Heidelberg colleagues at the igst, Internationale Gesellschaft für systemische Therapie (International Society for Systemic Therapy) and the Zentrum für systemische Forschung und Beratung (Center for Systemic Research and Consulting) I, Peter-W. Gester, aged mid-fifties, went into business for myself in the French Vosges and founded the missing-link-institute.
It is never too late for such a thing Godzilla and I thought because, there where the fox and the hare wish each other a good-night, there is an ideal place to think, learn and learn some more. This is just what I do and plan to do in the coming years and along with organizational consulting, concentrate on my [MATRIX] models. On this my focus is the pattern-recognition of biographic complete works of art, in other words, the development cycle and development connex of biography and life cycle, the 'score' once the points are tallied.
