One Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
Printers Ink 1927

This well-known dictum was published in Printers' Ink: A Journal for Advertisers as a Chinese aphorism to capture attention. It became the saying of the century.
Back in my college days I treated myself to a 35mm camera, the Minolta SRT 303. This camera accompanied me on my numerous travels, literally almost once into the Mediterranean. Just at the last moment I was able to place it on the breakwater at Piraeus while absentmindedly walking backwards to take a shot and ending up wallowing in the port itself.
After these trips I developed my film in my makeshift lab, a board over the bathtub, of the various shared apartments I lived in (much to the 'joy' of my roommates).
So began my serious involvement with photography. For quite a while now this is reflected in the pictorial processes of my methods-models, especially in [MATRIX].
Here are some photos of my seminars and several [MATRIX]'.
