The Virtual Consultant Group VCG, Collegial Competence founded in 2007 by Peter-W. Gester went online in August, 2008.
The Virtual Consultant Group is a virtual team of colleagues, partners and associates whom I have known for many years. It consists of businesspeople and consultants alike. I invited not only business consultants to join, but also company founders. These successful entrepreneurs have proved their capacity for sound management skills, but typically lack in means to conceptualise these (no matter since they 'know' what they are doing anyway).
The VCG consultants emanate proficiency in their professions. Their methods function and prove quite valuable in daily use, applicable to many vocations and contexts, are robust in organizational implementation and have lasting longevity.
The easy and difficult criteria for inclusion to the group are:
first-hand relationship and personal and or business interaction,
long-standing collegial and or friendship with positive community spirit,
years of experience gained in specific vocation,
professional excellence, austerity, standing, creativity, and or professional prowess
and fair fees for value
I have associated with most members for at least ten, and some more than twenty years.
Throughout this time I have had good experiences working with these VCG members and always received excellent feedback regarding their work.
